Procurement is moving but the scope is not clear enough

The preferred route is known but the engineering work is incomplete

The intended process or package is understood, but flows, loads, sizing assumptions, connections and commissioning checks have not been worked through far enough for procurement or detailed design.

A system is underperforming and the cause is not clear

The cause may lie in influent conditions, process duty, equipment, controls, operation or handovers between packages. The pathway helps identify what must be checked before an upgrade is selected.
