Hygiene requirements are treated as an equipment result

The required hygiene classification depends on the complete treatment, handling, monitoring and traceability arrangement. Define the time-temperature or treatment basis, sampling, hold points and release criteria before selecting equipment.

Odor and leachate requirements are defined too late

Composting, drying and storage require defined capture, ventilation, drainage, liquid-return and operating controls. Include these requirements in the route and package scope rather than addressing them after equipment selection.
