Advisory Services

Advisory Services

Advisory Services establish the technical basis, comparisons and engagement requirements needed to progress from an uncertain starting point to defined planning, procurement and delivery decisions. Depending on the assignment, we review available information and assumptions, test feasibility, compare routes and prepare the outputs needed for the next project stage.

Advisory work and outputs

Assignments are structured around the decision or project output required. The scope may combine technical due diligence, feasibility assessment, options comparison, system planning and solution-provider engagement inputs across one or more workstreams. Where the governing workstream is not yet clear, Solution Advisory helps identify the place to start.

Typical advisory outputs

Water balance & reuse routing

Recoverable volume matched against defined reuse demand, quality requirements and the site conditions needed for practical implementation.

Technical due diligence record

Available data, feed conditions, variability, operating constraints and information gaps reviewed before a process route or project scope is confirmed.

Solution-provider engagement requirements

Scope boundaries, responsibilities, assumptions, performance requirements, proposal content and commissioning information needed for comparable proposals.

Options comparison

Routes compared on technical suitability, CAPEX/OPEX, operability, footprint, residuals, risk and upgrade requirements to support a defined decision.

How Advisory Services support the next project stage

Advisory Services

Define the assignment around the decision or project output. Review the available information, complete the agreed assessment and prepare the comparisons, technical criteria or scope needed for the next stage.

Systems Planning (FlowPlan)

Where several streams or project decisions must be considered together, FlowPlan develops the system route, dependencies, constraints and planning basis before detailed design. This gives subsequent scopes a confirmed system direction.

Specialist Support

Where the route and scope are confirmed, Specialist Support develops the design, sourcing and implementation work through equipment selection, vendor comparison, system integration, automation and commissioning support. This progresses the advisory output into a defined scheme.
